3. Acceptance We must accept that this is the "new norm." The sooner we do that the sooner we move forward! Stress and anxiety are on the rise, and rightfully so!
4. Connect Now more than ever we need to start picking up the phone and calling loved ones!
5. Develop a new routine Create and stick with a new routine at home! People need structure and things to anticipate
