For most of us, multi-tasking has become the norm. Having a “side hustle” is becoming much more common as people seek to fill their schedules up. However, with more and more responsibility comes a greater difficulty to find time for “other things”, aka we tend to create an imbalance in our lives without sometimes even realizing it. And the first thing to suffer is usually our personal life and/or our health.
How can we find a good balance between our work, personal and professional life when our engine always seems to be running on empty (or caffeine)? Because whether you think you do or don’t, we all need balance in our lives!
Geisa has been a member of 6S for just over 8 months. Ever since first joining, Geisa has committed to a regular routine and has embraced the challenge. She is a dedicated 7am-er and the whole crew notices when she is away! She is a ray of sunshine & brightens up the day with her infectious smile.
Geisa embodies the true spirit of CrossFit. She always brings her best effort and is always willing to learn. She is never shy to give stuff a try and she now confidently kicks up into handstands and is blasting runs in workouts!
Geisa is looking to tackle pull-ups and handstand push-ups next and with her spirit and determination we have no doubt this will happen soon!
