With the holidays upon us, even with our handy-dandy holiday survival guide (click here if you missed it), we know that it can be increasingly difficult to find a gym nearby or to find the time to make it to a CrossFit class.
To make your lives easier, we have compiled a list of 20 travel WODs, most without any equipment requirement, that you can do anywhere, anytime, and that don't require such a large time commitment! So, don’t worry about not making it into the gym, just find some empty space in your house and get sweaty! Feel free to modify any of these workouts to fit your needs (e.g. add odd objects or weights if you have access to some!).

With these temptations staring us in the face, it becomes increasingly difficult to muster up the willpower to say no.

On December 5th, 2017, we celebrated 2 years of 6S - yay!! Thank you to everyone who has visited, supported & joined us for this incredible journey. We would not be here without you! To celebrate another year of 6S, we wanted to recap some of the highlights from 2017. We hope you enjoy!
I was born on October 27th, 1990 in Kitchener, Ontario. I have three younger siblings; two sisters, and a brother, Naomi, Hannah and Isaac. We grew up with great neighbours in downtown Kitchener playing outside constantly. As kids, we were involved in as much as we could be; playing piano, swimming lessons, soccer etc.
Sid's first CrossFit experience was with us at CrossFit 6S. Since day 1 he's been a dedicated, friendly part of the community. He's encouraging and supportive of all his fellow members and always introduces himself to newcomers without hesitation. Sid is always willing to lend a helping hand in class and is eager to share his latest delicious healthy recipes! He's seen some big PRs this year and we're excited to see what you achieve in the next year!
